New distillery set to shepherd in locals


Good Shepherd Distillery plans on distilling vodka, brandy, whiskey and gin, and offering tours, tastings and the retail selling of spirits made in New York state. Photos/Lindsay Danielle

The village of Mamaroneck is about to get a lot more spirited, as Port Chester resident Vincent Miata will soon be turning his hobby into a business with the opening of Good Shepherd Distillery.
